Shipping policy

WEBSHOP Shipment Processing Time - 

Orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday (Any orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday) are processed stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and any Bank Holidays will be processed and shipped  on the following working day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please expect additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

10kg and Under = £25.00 Delivery charge 

11kg - 20kg = £55.00 Delivery and Pallet charges are to be confirmed.

Orders over £500.00 = Free Delivery 

International and Overseas shipments - Unfortunately we are only able to ship to UK Addresses

Cancellation of Order - You will need to call 01344 884988 to cancel an order. We will always do our best to have this cancelled for you. However, if the goods have already been dispatched, then you will need to arrange for the goods to be returned. Unless they are Faulty or Damaged.

Return of Order - To return any of our Stock items, please can you email us at: accounts@distrodesign.co.uk with reason for return. There will be a 20% restocking fee, unless the goods are being returned due to Faulty/ Damages. Distro Design does not accept any liability of goods being damaged or lost in Transit. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For more information, please ask to see our returns policy.

Faulty Products - In a unlikely case of the goods not working to your expectation, then please get in touch with us within 24hrs of the goods being received and we will be happy to discuss any issues and give support where we can. A refund will only be processed when we have received the goods back and they have been checked and tested. Then a report and refund will be provided. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking - You will receive an email confirmation when the goods have been shipped, this will also confirm the tracking details for you.

Shipping timeframe - In light of Covid 19 we are experiencing a higher demand and unpredictable shipping behaviour. We are taking extra measures to deal with this, however there could be times the shipment dates could change.

Shipments during the Holidays - There will be no shipments at weekends and Bank holidays.

Please also allow for longer shipment time over the Christmas Period.

Delivery failure- If more than 45 working days have passed and you have not received your order. Please email us at accounts@distrodesign.co.uk and will will provide information on the status of your order. In some circumstances, you may be entitled to a full refund or partial refund. Most of our orders are tracked, so we can update you on what has occurred during delivery.
